“In this talk I will discuss new algorithms and analytical technologies associated with single cell analysis, with an emphasis on capturing and analyzing multiple levels of information (i.e. multi-omic analysis) from the same single cells. One example will be the use of metabolic imaging technologies, integrated with transcriptomics, to identify metabolic susceptibilities within specific cancer cell phenotypes. A second example will be the use of highly multiplex analysis of FFPE tissues resected from patient with either melanomas or brain cancers, to provide a comparative analysis of patient responses to neoadjuvant checkpoint immunotherapies.”
